- VAN – Value Added Network; pl. value added network – a separate IT network, managed by the operator, enabling the transmission and sharing of electronic data
- VAL – ang, Valuable cargo – high value transport (over 1000 $)
- VAS – Value Added Service – value added services
- VCA – Value Chain Analysis; pl. supply chain analysis; is a method of identifying and assessing the possibilities of reducing costs in the supply chain
- VGM – means the verified gross weight of a loaded container, consisting of: mass of goods, loading materials, pallets, crates, protective materials and container weight
- VLCC – Very Large Crude Carrier – a vessel designed for the transport of bulk liquid cargo with a load capacity (DWT) from 150,000 to 299,999 tons
- VMI – Vendor Managed Inventory – supplier inventory management
