As of May 6th, 2022 DHL is informing about problems with delivering parcels to Amazon Fulfillment Center in Dortmund (AFC DTM2 – Kaltbandstraße 4, 44145 Dortmund) in Germany, which have been ongoing for several weeks now.

Due to Amazon’s inability to unload the containers they receive, a large number of them are queued to be unloaded in AFC DTM2. DHL recommends temporarily suspending shipments of goods to the above warehouse center.

All shipments sent with DHL support to the Amazon DTM2 warehouse will be returned to the sender without attempting to deliver. DHL will inform us when it is possible to deliver parcels to this center again.
